Do I get a warranty?

All brand new machines come with 12 months warranty. Should you need to claim on this, we will send out replacement parts in most cases and advise how to fit them. Where this isn't feasible we will either send out a technician to repair or arrange an exchange for a brand new machine. 

Is my machine flatpack?

All our machines are fully assembled and ready to simply plug in and play when they arrive. 


How is my machine delivered?

Merseyside, Greater Manchester and Cheshire

All deliveries to these areas are carried out by our in house team. Delivery will be at a specific time and our drivers will be in contact with you to ensure convenience. Once on site our drivers will position your machine in your premises, set up and give you a full demonstration.

National Delivery

All deliveries outside of our area are carrier out by external courier. These deliveries will arrive on a pallet and to kerbside only. National deliveries usually arrive on Tuesdays between 9am-5pm. As these deliveries are not carried out by our own staff, feel free to contact us once it has arrived and we can guide you through set up and features of your new machine.

I've got a question. How do I contact you?

Email or message us through social media anytime. At busy times we may take a day or two to get back to you. 

I've heard some builders use old screens.

Are your screens second hand?

No. Some arcade manufacturers do use ex-office monitors, which is understandable due to a lack of 4:3 screens available. Second hand monitors are also available at a fraction of the cost of new. Many manufacturers who do use second hand monitors take this into account when setting their pricing, meaning you are still getting value for money. 

We choose to use brand new, high quality Samsung and Viewsonic monitors in all our machines. This allows us to guarantee quality and reliability. We wouldn't expect anything less.
